At Ataraxia, each item is thoughtfully designed and often personalized just for you. Because of the custom and handmade nature of our products—including mugs, tumblers, and threaded bracelets, etc. —all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.
However, your experience matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within a few days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to make it right by offering a replacement or store credit when applicable.
We encourage customers to carefully review all personalization details before placing an order, as Ataraxia is not responsible for errors submitted during checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages, but we are always happy to help guide you through next steps if an issue arises.
